A five-suite luxury chalet and former presidential residence on the slopes above Mestia, in the heart of Svaneti’s UNESCO-listed tower villages, and a base for heli-skiing and ski touring in the Caucasus; featured in the Financial Times. Service agreement signed 2 September 2026 for a twelve-month term: air-quality monitoring devices deployed at agreed locations across the resort, with access to the PurerAir data platform for ongoing monitoring and analysis.
